Since inception, the Company has continuously sought to channel capital to drive measurable social and financial returns. The Company has been “impact investing” before the term was even coined with projects spanning spanning from the US to Africa. Our work focuses on creating services or solutions where other businesses fail to see opportunity, working with people facing social and economic restrictions, in need of sustainable and supportive income generating initiatives for the community as a whole. Such approaches have already been implemented by the company in the US, Philippines and Africa. As the Company expanded into the Philippines it began a new BPO model. While not the first foreign company to enter into this market, it was the first to hire, nearly exclusively, disadvantaged women. These Company trends continued to the expansion into the African market. From the creation of a women owned construction company to setting roots in the former conflict zone of the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
